When Stephanie and Jenny go to a Murder Mystery Halloween weekend at Wilderhope Manor, they’re expecting fun and games. But following creaky floorboards, spooky noises and an alarming encounter in the Manor’s grounds, the girls begin to wonder if there’s more to Wilderhope Manor than meets the eye. As they find frequent comfort in one another’s arms – and their bed – will the girls discover what’s causing the bumps in the night, or will they run scared?

Who was your favorite character and why?

It may surprise you but it would have to be Wilderhope Manor. I love the idea of spending Halloween at a place for a murder mystery weekend. And meeting a lot of interesting characters - other participants and any actors that help to stage my weekend.

What about Xanthia Bloom’s performance did you like?

She makes it very easy to enjoy the author's story. I may be American but I'm not going to assume that every setting is going to be in my country. Having a narrator that has an accent help with that. I don't know that I would have enjoyed the story as much if someone else had read to me.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I can't say there was a particular moment since I enjoyed the whole story. My only disappointment was that it was so short. But it's also a good thing when you don't have a lot of time but want something to distract you even if it's for a little while.

Any additional comments?

Both the author and narrator do a great job at bringing Stephanie and Jennie to life. It's almost like you are a participant during the murder mystery but also a voyeur when these two get intimate. It left me looking forward to listening to more books by Ms. Felthouse and books narrated by Ms. Bloom. They make a great combination.

Weekend at Wilderhope Manor A Lesbian Erotica Halloween Short Story edition by Lucy Felthouse Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews

A great, short, sexy romp. Jenny and Stephanie attend a murder mystery weekend but things start to get a little too real. As the frights roll in, the tension ramps up and the two lesbian lovers get up close and personal to ease the nerves. Lots of sexy girl on girl loving to get the juices flowing!
Copy kindly gifted by author for honest review.
This is a fun Halloween story of two girlfriends and a weekend at a haunted mansion. It was light hearted and fun with some sexy scenes to add to the interest. I really like Ms Felthouse's stories and this was no exception! I think it is better than most as I prefer f/f tales.

Thank you and well done.

This is a F/F Book
Whirlwind of a Halloween weekend for Jenny & her girlfriend Stephanie.

Whilst visiting Wilderhope Manor for a Halloween Murder Mystery weekend the girls experience some seriously strange goings on and share some sinfully sexy times together.

Another corker of a short story from the pen of Lucy.

Where is the rest?
I kept waiting for more to happen but it never did. Two women head out for a murder mystery weekend but all they really did was have sex every chance they got. Well I would probably do that to with my hubby and hope we didn't get caught. Anyways, I just wish there was a little more of a story line to it. I was hoping they would be joined by a ghost at some point. I love a good paranormal read. It was an okay read for me. If you like a little f/f action then you will probably enjoy this book.
Ms. Felthouse did a bang up job setting the scene here. From the ominous ride up the drive way of Wilderhope Manor, to the dark wooded rooms and four poster beds. I truly felt like I was right there with the two girls embarking on a Mystery Weekend, and once again I found myself enjoying a f/f read. This short has more than sumptuously dark surroundings, though. It's saucy, it's romantic, and it's fun-spooky...think Haunted Honeymoon. I laughed. I cringed. I near hide behind cushions. And I got hot and bothered. This was most definitely a book I'll be reading again, if not just for the Halloween Ball scene ;
The book didn’t live up to some of its description. There was very little about the murder mystery—the reason for the trip—and it passed over the haunting rather lightly. The loving between the women was pretty good, though, so it wasn't a bad read all total.
This story is perfect for the autumn season. Pumpkins, haunted houses and sexy girls that go bump in the night are just what the doctor ordered. When Steph and Jenny go on a much needed murder mystery vacation they are set to have some sexy moments and a great time with the guests. Tripping around the property, they have some very scandalous f/f moments (yay) and encounter a ghost or two to set the mood. I enjoyed this hot little number. Perfect for an afternoon read, munching on a pumpkin muffin and dreaming of sexy costume parties.
